Captain's Log - Entry 2


During the Software Engineering of this game, Space Game, one interesting challenge to note was that we had really high ambitions, and not enough time to be able to achieve everything we were originally hoping for. One such example would be that we had originally planned for many more abilities, character models, and enemy archetypes; however, due to time and programming constraints we've been forced to simplify the game exponentially. As of this moment there's only 4 abilities in the game (Shoot, Slash, Dash, and Grenade), the Player models will all be the same astronauts but recolored depending on the player, and the enemy archetypes have been reduced for much more simplicity in their AI and overall behaviors.
